ROSH stands for Retrofitting of Social Housing and is a European project for developing and marketing integrated concepts for energy efficient and sustainable retrofitting of social housing.

Millions and millions of social housings in Europe have been built in the sixties. To meet the demands of today and tomorrow retrofitting has to be made under the intent to apply energy efficiency and sustainability also to these often neglected building resorts.

ROSH has set out to deliver concepts on how to improve and apply energy efficiency and sustainability – for tenants, landlords as well as for those that actually do the work. Partner regions come from Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Ireland, Italy and Poland.
